There are three different ways to make money after you locate a distressed property:
- Enjoy immediate cash profits by assigning your deal to JBN Realty Investment, Inc. for a fee ranging from $500 to $5,000 or more.
- Create a joint venture with JBN Realty Investment, Inc. wherein the company purchases and renovates the property. After the property has been resold, you receive a percentage of the net profits.
- Keep 100% of the profits for yourself by purchasing, renovating and reselling the property on your own using proven funding techniques and resources.
How do I determine the best money making option for me?
After you locate a qualified distressed residential real estate opportunity in the Washington, D.C. area, JBN Realty Investments, Inc. will work closely with you to determine the proper course of action.
How much money can I realistically expect to earn?
Through hard work and commitment, past participants in this training have earned $50,000 to $75,000 during their first year in the business and more than $100,000 annually thereafter. With dedication and proper application of these training techniques, your income potential is truly unlimited.
Can I conduct my real estate activities on a part-time basis?
